Meet the Founder

Sherri Ann Flanders-Duncan is a proud Miami native, raised in a loving two-parent household where education, purpose, and perseverance were deeply instilled. Guided by these values, she pursued her passion for healthcare and earned her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Miami (UM). With a commitment to excellence and a vision for leadership, Sherri went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration and Financial Leadership at Florida Atlantic University (FAU). This milestone became a powerful testament to her determination, resilience, and unwavering belief in achieving her goals—even in the face of challenges.

 

As her path expanded, Sherri felt a deeper calling to empower women, families, and her community. She became a Certified Professional Coach, completing her training at the University of Miami, where she strengthened her commitment to helping others heal, grow, and step into their purpose.​ Driven by her passion for transformation and community impact, Sherri founded Women of Dynamic Change (WODC)—a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting women through personal development, wellness, leadership, spirituality, and emotional empowerment. Under her leadership, WODC has become a powerful movement that encourages women to break barriers and create meaningful change in their lives and communities.

Today, Sherri is an Entrepreneur, a Certified Professional Coach, the Founder of Women of Dynamic Change®, and a devoted Registered Nurse. She continues to inspire others through her compassion, her leadership, and her belief that every woman has the power to rise above adversity and walk boldly in her calling.​ Sherri’s journey serves as a testament to what is possible when faith, perseverance, and purpose come together. Through her coaching, her nonprofit work, and her dedication to service, she empowers individuals to dream big, trust the process, and transform their lives from the inside out.
